2. Account & Eligibility
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to place orders.
- Account Creation: You may create an account for a smoother checkout process, but guest checkout is also available.
- Information Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for shipping, billing, and order processing. Dersiron is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details.
3. Product Information
- Customization: All Phone cases are custom-printed based on your order specifications. Please review your selections (design, size, color, text, images) carefully before checkout.
- Product Images: We make every effort to display product colors and mockups accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly due to device displays and print methods.
- Changes to Products: We reserve the right to update or discontinue products or designs at any time without prior notice.
4. Order Processing & Acceptance
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email after successfully placing an order. This is not acceptance of your order, but an acknowledgment of receipt.
- Order Acceptance: Orders are accepted and processed when payment is received in full and product customization is verified.
- Order Changes/Cancellations: Custom orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if production has not started. Non-custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours. After production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
5. Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover Card, and PayPal. All payments are processed in USD.
- Security: Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party gateways (Stripe, PayPal). Dersiron does not store your credit card details.
- Billing Issues: If a payment is declined or flagged for fraud, your order will not be processed, and you will be notified to update your payment method.
6. Shipping Policy
- Carriers: We ship via USPS, Yun Express, Yanwen Express, SDH Express, or other trusted carriers.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment and customization confirmation.
- Estimated Delivery:
- US: 12–15 business days after shipping
- International: 12–17 business days after shipping
- Shipping Fees: Flat-rate shipping of $5.99 per order applies unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties for international orders.
- Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Custom or personalized products are final sale unless defective or incorrect.
- Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

- All content, designs, logos, images, text, and software on Dersiron.com are owned by Dersiron or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
- Dersiron is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
- Our liability for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration in Boulder, Colorado.
