Returns And Refund Policy

At Dersiron, we are committed to delivering premium-quality custom phone cases and other personalized products with your satisfaction at the heart of our service. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds, and applies to all orders placed through.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

✅ Eligible Cases:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
  • Incorrect Orders: Wrong size, design, model, or product delivered.
  • Item Not as Described: Product significantly differs from description or images shown.

❌ Non-Eligible Cases:

  • Items marked Final Sale at checkout.
  • Custom-made or personalized items unless faulty or incorrect.
  • Products that are used, worn, washed, or damaged post-delivery.
  • Return requests made after 30 days from delivery (unless manufacturing defect).

2. Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • You must initiate a return within 30 days from the date your order is marked as “Delivered.”
  • Claims for defect/damage must be accompanied by photo evidence.
  • Beyond 30 days, we can only accept returns for proven manufacturing faults.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Await Confirmation
    • Our team will respond within 24 hours.
    • If approved, we will provide a return authorization form and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
  3. Return Shipment
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with labels/tags.
    • Include the return authorization form.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Responsibility: We cover shipping costs for items that are incorrect, defective, or damaged.
  • Customer Responsibility: Returns due to change of mind, wrong size/model ordered.
  • Reshipping Fees (Incorrect Address/Unclaimed):
    • Domestic: $7 per item
    • International: $10 per item

5. Refund Process

  • Returned items are inspected upon receipt.
  • If approved, a refund is processed within 3–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refund includes product cost and original shipping if the item was incorrect/defective.
  • Refunds may be denied if:
    • Item shows signs of use/wear
    • Item is returned outside eligible window
    • Damage is caused by customer use
  • Out of Stock: If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be offered.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for:
    • Defective or incorrect items
    • Size or model changes (if stock available and product is in unused condition)
  • If your preferred exchange is unavailable, choose from:
    • Refund
    • Store credit
    • Alternative product of equal value

7. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Packages

  • Report transit damages or defects within 30 days of delivery.
  • Submit clear photos for review.
  • Approved cases are eligible for free replacement or full refund.
  • Lost packages: Contact [email protected] with order and tracking info for resolution.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address or Unclaimed Orders

  • Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details.
  • Orders returned due to address errors/unclaimed status will:
    • Require additional reshipping fee
    • If not reshipped, refund will be issued minus original shipping & handling costs

9. Returned to Sender

  • If returned due to incorrect address, customs refusal, or unclaimed package:
    • We’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (fee applies)
    • Alternatively, issue a partial refund minus shipping fees

10. Final Sale & Custom Products

  • Items marked “Final Sale” and custom phone cases or personalized products are non-refundable unless faulty.

11. Order Cancellations

  • Custom Orders: Can be canceled within 1 hour if production hasn’t started.
  • Non-Custom Orders: Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • Orders already in production or shipped cannot be canceled.

12. Gift Orders & Special Requests

  • Refunds for gift purchases go to the original payment method.
  • If item is defective and out of stock, we will offer store credit, refund, or similar item.

13. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days.
  • If missing:
    1. Check with your bank or card issuer.
    2. Contact our support team for further help.

14. Policy Changes

  • Dersiron reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
  • Please review before purchasing.
  • Material changes will be notified via email if applicable.
