1. Shipping Carriers & Fulfillment Process
1.1 Carriers:
- We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, Yun Express, Yanwen Express, SDH Express, or similar, based on your delivery address and product type.
- Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery. We cannot accommodate specific carrier requests.
1.2 Order Processing:
- Order Verification & Production: All custom Phone case are made-to-order. Your order will be processed, produced, and carefully packed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
- Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (warehouse local time) will begin processing the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Times & Service Area
2.1 Delivery Times:
- Within the United States: Standard shipping transit time is 12–15 business days (after processing).
- International Orders: Transit times typically range from 12–17 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local carrier performance.
- Total Delivery Time: You can generally expect to receive your order within 15–22 business days from purchase confirmation.
2.2 Service Area:
- We ship worldwide to most locations supported by our carriers.
- We do not ship to: PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military addresses.
3. Shipping Fees & Additional Costs
- Flat-Rate Shipping: $5.99 per order for both domestic and international deliveries.
- Free Shipping: May be available during special promotions (clearly noted on our website or at checkout).
- International Orders: The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees as required by local law.
4. Order Tracking
- When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
- You may check your order status online at any time using the provided tracking link.
5. Customer Responsibility & Special Cases
5.1 Failed Delivery or Return to Sender:
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If your order is returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional fees apply:
- $7 for domestic (USA) reshipping
- $10 for international reshipping
- If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, please check around your property, ask household members or neighbors, and contact your local carrier. If the issue is unresolved, email us within 4 days of the estimated delivery date.
5.2 Lost or Missing Orders:
- If your package is lost or stuck in transit, contact us within 4 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, offer a replacement or full refund.
5.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6. Important Notices & Exceptions
- Dersiron is not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, customs clearance, severe weather, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
- For international orders, if the recipient fails to pay customs duties or taxes and the package is returned or destroyed, shipping fees will not be refunded.
