At Dersiron, we know things don’t always go according to plan. Whether you changed your mind or noticed a small mistake, we’re here to help make adjustments whenever possible. Please review the details below to understand how cancellations and changes work.
1. Can You Cancel
✅ Yes — within 24 hours:
You can request to cancel or update your order (change size, color, address, etc.) within 24 hours after placing it.
❌ Not allowed after processing begins:
We won’t be able to cancel or change orders if:
- The order has moved into production
- The item has already shipped
- The product is custom or personalized and already in progress
2. How to Request a Cancellation or Edit
If you need to make changes, follow these simple steps:
🔹 Step 1: Prepare Your Details
Send us an email including:
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your order number
- A clear message about what you want to cancel or update
🔹 Step 2: Contact Us

📌 Use a subject line like:
- “Cancel Order #12345”
- “Update Order #12345”
🔹 Step 3: Wait for Our Response
We’ll confirm your request within 1 business day and let you know if the change is possible.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
✅ If your request is successful:
- A full refund (including taxes) will be processed to your original payment method
- Expect your refund to arrive within 3 business days
❌ What’s not refundable:
- Shipping fees (unless cancellation is due to an error on our side)
- Custom or personalized items already in production
4. If You Miss the 24-Hour Window
If your order has already entered production or been shipped:
- We may not be able to cancel or update it
- Refunds will not be issued for late cancellation requests
- However, you may still submit a return request based on our Return & Refund Policy once you receive the product
5. Changes to Size, Address, or Product Options
✅ You can edit your order (such as size, color, or address) within 24 hours of purchase.
❌ After your item is in production, edits are no longer possible.
If you entered the wrong address and the package is already shipped, you’ll need to wait for the item to be returned or delivered before placing a new order.
6. Out-of-Stock or System Issues
In rare cases where we can’t fulfill your order due to technical errors or inventory shortages:
- We’ll reach out to you right away
- You’ll have the option to:
